| Alliance Motors, Inc. now offers a preventative maintenance service reminder report to our service customers. This is especially handy with DOT inspections, or other maintenance issues the customer would like to have reported to them when the job is recommended, or due for service again. Alliance Motors has also added the capability to fax or e-mail Invoices, Work Orders, Statements, etc. This saves time, because we can send immediately upon request of the customer. It also uses less paper and ink than our previous method, which helps by saving some money and the environment. |

| Our Parts Department is equipped with the latest computer equipment to find the parts our customer needs in a timely manner. Due to the technology of the computers, and length of service and extent of training of our parts staff, we are able to find much older parts than our competition. If we don't have it in stock, we will try to find it in whatever means we can to meet the customers needs. Our Service Department is equipped with the latest in computer diagnostic equipment and service most makes of trucks. Our Sales Department is equipped with the latest computers and computer programs to put our trucks online, e-mail pictures to customers or to assist in finding a specific type of unit we may not have available to fit our customers needs. |
